Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary by product, location, and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and begin once the order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers. If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 of delivery so we can work with our fulfillment partner to assist where possible.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
