Merchandise Refund Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within [30] days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

2. Gift cards
3. Customized or personalized merchandise
4. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
